Operational Analyst

 

We have an opportunity for permanent Operational Analyst who will lead the maintenance and optimisation of our Service Desk toolsets, while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation and improved workflows.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and manage relationships under pressure.
  • Awareness of various IT related technologies and their practical applications in support business requirements. 
  • Experience in automation, power automate and workflow creation within Service Desk call logging tools  
  • Experience in training Service Desk and other support teams in our Service Desk Tool/s. 
  • Experience in collating key statistics surrounding Service Desk call and process management 
  • Planning and time management skills. 
  • Excellent communications both verbal and written skills 
  • Decision making skills 

 

 

Salary range: $100,296 - $121,290 per annum + 3.5% KiwiSaver. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.

  • Experience working within a large enterprise environment.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and partnerships to achieve shared outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in analysing business requirements from various business groups and making connections across groups to develop options.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, procedure documentation and controls.
  • Experience in automation, workflow creation within ITSM tools
  • A strong understanding of ITIL processes (especially Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
