There are two permanent full-time roles available.
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant HR Advisor to join our MyHR Services team based in our National Office in Wellington. This is a great opportunity to build your HR career in a fast-paced, supportive environment where no two days are the same.
As part of the team, you’ll be the go-to person for managers seeking advice on HR policies, processes, and tools. You’ll provide clear, consistent guidance and administrative support across employment documentation and data processing from creating offer letters, to onboarding new employees and managing changes to terms and conditions for individuals.
We’re constantly evolving, and you’ll assist in supporting the rollout of new HR initiatives—from Change Initiatives, new Employment Agreements and other people programmes.
Salary range: $60,879 - $72,999 per annum + KiwiSaver. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.

- Previous experience in HR or a related field is a bonus, but not essential
