We are seeking an organised, savvy and customer focussed Senior Advisor to provide specialist, sector-focused advice for key initiatives and changes.  

 

As a critical relationship holder, this role focusses on how we work with the sector and our external stakeholders to understand and meet customer needs. They help make changes that impact all parts of the workforce lifecycle and look for opportunities to achieve a world class- learner centred education workforce.

 

Salary range: $99,496- $120,690 per annum + 3% KiwiSaver. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.

About you | Mōhou ake

 

You will love getting to understand the needs of the workforce and use this to provide knowledgeable, responsive advice and guidance to the sector that is on time and on point.  You will be a champion for the sector when changes are designed and delivered. You will become the in-team expert on the issues and trends in the sector when making changes.

 

You will also offer:

 

A minimum of 5 years’ work experience in one of the following relevant fields:  

 

  • Human resources, employment relations, engagement or payroll. 
  • Experience building relationships and partnerships to achieve shared outcomes. 
  • Experience in a complex organisation, ideally in a project-based environment. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write succinctly and concisely.
