This is a fixed-term position until 30 June 2026.
The Senior Advisor Redress Implementation works closely with the Chief Advisor Redress Implementation to support the delivery of the Government’s Redress priorities and initiatives on behalf of the Ministry of Education. This role contributes to the design, development, and implementation of multiple timebound redress-related workstreams that will be implemented across multiple Crown Redress agencies.
This role will work collaboratively with the Chief Advisor Redress Implementation, the Crown Response Office, other redress agencies and key stakeholders
Salary range: $84,425 - $93,348 per annum + 3% KiwiSaver. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.

You will have a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, knowledge about Machinery of Government and be enthusiastic about delivering real business improvements that make a difference to individuals seeking redress. You take a collaborative approach to your mahi and work well with others to present innovative and efficient responses to issues and opportunities.
You will also offer:
- Strong analytical and writing skills, with good attention to detail and the ability to engage with complex material.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative approach to your work, maintaining excellent relationships, across the Ministry, as well as with other agencies and key stakeholders

Te Pae Aronui is the operations and integration arm of Te Tāhuhu and part of Te Māhau. Our structural model is designed around our functions - where each team works with and relies on the other to deliver their role.
The Sensitive Claims Team sits within the Network and Regulatory function of Te Pae Aronui. Network and Regulatory brings together capability to navigate the legislative requirements to deliver a dual focus on modern regulation and strategic network planning that shapres the provision of education.
