Are you passionate about ensuring teams have the right knowledge at their fingertips?

 

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Knowledge Manager to lead the maintenance and evolution of our Service Desk knowledgebase. This role is critical in keeping our documentation for applications, services, and processes accurate and up to date.

 

You’ll work closely with the Service Desk, projects, change, and transition teams to ensure new or upgraded applications go through a robust transition process—ensuring smooth handover to operational teams and readiness for day-to-day support.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Collaborating with Project Managers to ensure smooth and effective handover of new services and applications to the Service Desk.
  • Owning and managing all operational documentation, ensuring it is complete, compliant, and implementation ready.
  • Coordinating and arranging training for Service Desk team to support new or updated services and applications.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships across Matihiko – Digital Group, including projects, business groups, change, and transition teams.
  • Implementing and maintaining robust document version control and naming conventions.
  • Regularly updating and reviewing knowledgebase (e.g. SharePoint, KnowledgeHub, Teams, user guides, policies and our information on the intranet) on a quarterly basis.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining standard operating procedures to support consistent service delivery.
