About this role | Mō tēnei tūranga
The Coordinator, Property & Sustainability, is responsible for providing customer centric business support across the Property & Sustainability team to support the wider contribution of this team’s work to the wider People, Sustainability & Place Team.
The Coordinator ensures corporate processes, workflow and systems are followed by either undertaking activities themselves and/or advising Property and Sustainability managers on what they need to do.
The role has a significant focus on processing and tracking financial activity and work programme progress and reporting across all Property & Sustainability functions for various governance boards and managers to ensure this aligns to priorities and key deliverables.
The role also plays a key coordination role in terms of information requests on all aspects of work undertaken in Property & Sustainability including Official Information Act requests, Annual Review and Select Committee questions and Parliamentary Questions.
The position is permanent.
Salary range: $74,815 - $90,347 per annum + 3% KiwiSaver. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.

This position sits in the Property & Sustainability team within Te Pou Rangatōpū | Corporate which is responsible for delivering essential Ministry-wide statutory and corporate functions. We enable the organisation to operate effectively and help fulfil the statutory and reporting obligations of Te Tāhuhu.
