About this role | Mō tēnei tūranga

 

This is a Permanent, full-time role. 

 

You will be based in the Waikato Office and be part of the Operations and Insights team.

 

You will be responsible for managing the delivery and assessment of Positive Behaviour for Learning (PB4L) and Incredible Years (IY) initiatives and programmes as directed in the region ensuring that these are delivered in accordance with the regional plan and to a consistently high standard. This may include organisng courses to be delivered by accredited facilitators and/or to personally deliver courses and/or provide feedback / coaching on courses and initiatives as appropriate.

 

 

Salary range: $74,815 - $90,347 per annum + 3% kiwi saver.  The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.

If you enjoy working with a wide range of people, being the face of an organisation, have exceptional customer service and knowledge of the IY and PB4L programmes and initiatives – with coordination / facilitation experience in any of these programmes a real benefit for this position.

 

You will never have two days that are the same, you will take on the role with enthusiasm and your organisation and planning skills will be second to none.  Your calm and professional approach will shine through at all times even when things are extremely busy.

About our group and team | Mātau rōpū ake

 

Te Mahau | Te Tai Runga provides leadership and integrated services to the education sector and others. This includes learning support; education advice and regulation functions for schools and early learning services; and advice and support with curriculum. We also share practice and learnings collaboratively with other Te Mahau and Ministry groups to support insights driven guidance, design, and policy.

 

We work closely with the Early Childhood and Schooling sectors, providers, and communities to provide support, expertise, and resources to help children and young people reach their full potential.
